Purpose of This Policy
Big Time Advertising uses Google APIs only to provide services requested and authorized by our clients. This policy explains what Google API data may be accessed, how that data is used, how it is protected, and how clients can manage or revoke access.
This policy applies to Big Time Advertising, DaraCoreAI, our websites, software platforms, reporting systems, advertising tools, and related services that connect with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or other Google services.
Client Authorization
Big Time Advertising accesses Google accounts and Google API data only when authorized by the client, account owner, or an approved representative of the account owner.
Clients grant access so Big Time Advertising can provide contracted advertising, reporting, optimization, attribution, and business intelligence services. Big Time Advertising does not access Google account data without authorization.
Google API Services We Use
Depending on the services requested by a client, Big Time Advertising may use authorized integrations with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related Google advertising or analytics services.
These integrations support dealership advertising operations, campaign monitoring, conversion tracking, inventory advertising, website performance analysis, reporting, attribution, budget management, and marketing optimization.
Information Accessed
Google API data accessed by Big Time Advertising may include advertising account information, campaign settings, campaign performance metrics, keyword data, ad group data, ad performance data, conversion data, budget data, audience performance data, location performance data, landing page data, analytics data, and related reporting information.
The specific data accessed depends on the services requested by the client and the permissions granted by the authorized account owner.
How We Use Google API Data
Big Time Advertising uses Google API data to provide campaign management, reporting, optimization, attribution, budget monitoring, conversion tracking, inventory advertising, performance analysis, website analytics, and advertising intelligence services.
Google API data may be used inside DaraCoreAI and related Big Time Advertising tools to help clients understand campaign performance, identify opportunities, reduce wasted advertising spend, improve lead generation, and make better business decisions.
Limited Use Commitment
Big Time Advertising uses information received from Google APIs only to provide, maintain, improve, or support services requested by our clients.
Big Time Advertising does not sell Google API data, does not transfer Google API data to unauthorized third parties, does not use Google API data for unrelated advertising purposes, and does not use Google API data to create unrelated user profiles.
Big Time Advertising's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing
Big Time Advertising does not sell, rent, or trade Google API data. Google API data may be shared only with authorized employees, contractors, service providers, or technology systems when necessary to provide requested client services.
When trusted service providers are used, they are permitted to process data only as needed to support authorized business services such as hosting, reporting, analytics, campaign management, account support, security, or platform functionality.
Data Security
Big Time Advertising uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Google API data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Relationship to Other Policies
This Google API Data Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this policy and another Big Time Advertising policy regarding Google API data, this Google API Data Policy controls only with respect to the handling of Google API data.
